The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice does not uphold the draft law on amendments to article 5 of the Law “On Court Fee” (on the release of state agencies of privatization from paying court fees)

The bill (Reg. No. 2014a) suggests amendments to article 5 of the Law “On Court Fee”.

Committee members focused attention on the fact that any release of state agencies from paying court fees will result in reducing the level of courts’ funding. However, the documents submitted to the project do not contain proposals for compensation of the abovementioned losses of judiciary.
